Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2026 OPRA Trade Show!

We are SOLD OUT of 10' x 10' booths in both the Kilimanjaro and Zambezi Exhibit Halls.  There are 3 non-profit tables available in the Kilimanjaro Exhibit Hall, which will be held exclusively for non-profits through September 30, 2025.  Please fill out the waitlist contract and return it to mindy@opraonline.org along with your company’s logo as a JPG or PNG to secure your non-profit table or your place on the waitlist. 

How the Exhibitor Waitlist Works

Please note, we move down this list if there are ties.  We also take into account which exhibit halls you marked on your waitlist contract, so make sure you choose all where you would be willing to exhibit in as most open booths will be in the Zambezi Exhibit Hall. 


Step 1:  2026 Conference Partners
a. Company with the highest Conference Investment.
b. The date the partnership contract was received.
c. The date the partnership contract was paid.

Step 2:  Current OPRA Corporate Members
a. The date the member exhibitor waitlist contract was received.

Step 3:  Non-Members
a. The date the non-member exhibitor waitlist contract was received.

Booth Information

  • Payment must be received to secure exhibit space. Payment must be received by OPRA before exhibitors are allowed on the trade show floor.
  • Booths are assigned by total Conference investment and then in the order that the contract is received.  Any company with a total investment over $3,000 will be able to choose their booth location.  All other exhibitors will be placed by OPRA staff.
  • Booth assignments will begin in October 2025.
  • No refunds will be given.  Click here for more information.
  • Booth personnel registration will begin in November 2025.

10' x 10' Booths in the Kilimanjaro Exhibit Hall and the Zambezi Exhibit Hall receive the following:

  • One skirted 8’ table
  • 2 chairs
  • carpet
  • 120 Volt electric (on request)
  • 4 badges (per booth)
  • OPRA Corporate Membership
  • Option to purchase additional booths for $750 each

Non-Profit Tables in the Kilimanjaro Exhibit Hall receive the following:

  • One skirted 8’ table
  • 2 chairs
  • carpet
  • 120 Volt electric (on request)
  • 2 badges
