Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2026 OPRA Trade Show!
We have received an overwhelming number of contracts for our 2026 Trade Show from our 2025 exhibitors. OPRA staff will start processing those at the end of February. If you or one of your coworkers/staff turned a contract in, please be patient while we process those. All coordinating contacts will receive a confirmation email once their contract has been entered.
Those exhibitors who have not turned in their contracts yet for 2026 will receive two notifications/reminders to turn in their contracts before the March deadline.
2026 OPRA Trade Show Sign Up Information
February and March: All 2025 exhibitors will have the option to return with the same number of booths and in the same Exhibit Hall from their 2025 contract. Booth locations will not be held for any exhibitor.
April: Hold any unclaimed booths for new Conference Partners.
May: Move any exhibitors who have requested to be moved from one Exhibit Hall to the other or have requested additional booths. Requests will be fulfilled based on order contract was received.
June: Open registration to the 2025 Exhibitor Wait List for any unclaimed booths.
July and Beyond: Unclaimed booths will be available to anyone requesting a booth.
Any company that signs a Partnership Agreement for the 2026 Conference will receive special booth pricing. Partnership Agreements for 2026 will be sent out in mid-to-late February. Pricing will be adjusted once the agreement is received.

- Have your name on the official 2026 Conference Exhibitor List
Booth Information
- Payment must be received to secure exhibit space. Payment must be received by OPRA before exhibitors are allowed on the trade show floor.
- Booths are assigned by total Conference investment and then in the order that the contract is received. Any company with a total investment over $3,000 will be able to choose their booth location. All other exhibitors will be placed by OPRA staff.
- Booth assignments will begin in October 2025.

- Booth personnel registration will begin in November 2025.
10' x 10' Booths in the Kilimanjaro Exhibit Hall and the Zambezi Exhibit Hall receive the following:
- One skirted 8’ table
- 2 chairs
- carpet
- 120 Volt electric (on request)
- 4 badges (per booth)
- OPRA Corporate Membership
- Option to purchase additional booths for $750 each
Non-Profit Tables in the Kilimanjaro Exhibit Hall receive the following:
- One skirted 8’ table
- 2 chairs

- 120 Volt electric (on request)
- 2 badges
