OPRA Board Seminar Series: Hiring Executive Leaders

A Virtual Learning Opportunity for 1545 Park District Board Members Presented by

This free OPRA-designed quarterly lunch series will provide answers to the most common questions we hear from 1545 park district commissioners.  Sessions are designed to provide resources for commissioners that will help boards run more effectively, while ensuring compliance with Ohio law.  The focus of each session will be on providing practical information that commissioners can implement with minimal time and expense.

At this Seminar:
Hiring executive leadership is the most important decision a parks and recreation board can make.  OPRA Executive Director Woody Woodward has assisted with this process more than two dozen times and will walk through the basics of hiring and retaining executive leaders.
