Region 3 Networking Event: RecPlex, Beech Acres Park

Staff will talk about their new (and first) capital levy that was approved in November 2023. By October 2023, they were then able to purchase an additional 17 acres adjacent to the RecPlex. Participants will tour the RecPlex, as well as the park which includes a skate park, athletic fields, playground and water play, shelters, and amphitheater. A community survey will be conducted this winter to determine amenities to be added.

Those interested will also tour Riverside Park where additional multipurpose turf fields are being completed and/or Juilfs Park where turf infields were installed in the ball diamonds.
