2026 OPRA Regional Training: Lead by Design - Upper Arlington

Leadership presence isn't about power or position, it's about how you design your impact.  Every environment you lead, whether it's a park, a facility, an office, a program, etc. carries its own pulse of energy, dynamics, and unspoken stories.  Great leaders don't just react to that energy; they intentionally shape it.

Through the lens of the 4 C's of Leadership Presence (Confidence, Consistency, Clarity, and Connection), this interactive workshop helps participants explore how their presence influences trust, engagement, and energy in every setting.

Participants will deepen their understanding of:

• Confidence:  The grounded self-trust the builds credibility and composure.
• Consistency:  The reliability that creates stability and trust.
• Clarity:  The ability to communicate with focus and direction.
• Connection:  The authentic engagement that brings out the best in others.

Using practical tools and reflection exercises, participants will strengthen their leadership presence, uncover habits that limit their influence, and design intentional moments that shift team energy and inspire alignment.
